Dr. Chris Frank is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatric Medicine. His clinical work is in geriatric rehabilitation and the palliative care unit. He is the Clinical Leader of Specialized Geriatrics and the Chair of Medical Advisory Committee at Providence Care; Chair of Health Care of the Elderly Program at the College of Family Physicians of Canada; Chair of Geriatric Education and Recruitment Initiative (GERI); and a member of the Board of Directors, Providence Care, Kingston, Ontario.
He was awarded the Award of Excellence by the Ontario College of Family Physicians, 2012; and have received Excellence in Clinical Teaching Awards for the past few years (2009-2012).
