Ontario Age-Friendly Communities Symposium: Aging With Confidence
On March 26, 2018 the Ministry of Seniors Affairs hosted a one-day symposium with an aim to:
- Highlight what Ontario has done so far to further work and progress on developing age-friendly communities in small, urban, and rural settings, including multicultural and indigenous communities;
- Announce and present the Age-Friendly Community Recognition Awards; and
- Help identify and foster new opportunities for collaboration and networking across government and sectorial partners aligned with key priorities in Aging with Confidence: Ontario’s Action Plan for Seniors.
