Dr. John Puxty is a Geriatrician, Associate Professor and Chair of the Division of Geriatric Medicine at Queen’s University, Director of the Centre for Studies in Aging and Health and Southeastern Ontario Regional Geriatric Program and Chair of the Seniors Health Knowledge Network and Ontario Interdisciplinary Council for Aging and Health.

Ontario Collaborative for Aging Well

The Ontario Collaborative for Aging Well (OCAW) is a grass-roots group of local, regional and provincial partners who work with older adults living with or at risk of frailty.

Rohini Persaud: Research Assistant

Rohini holds a master’s degree in Science – aging and health. She has worked with health, clinical, community-based and research networks, communicating between and within those networks to build relationships, foster communication, and provide coordination.
