Halton Region, Municipality of
Established in 2016, the Halton Age-Friendly Network (HAFN) members include representation from each of the four Halton municipalities: Burlington, Halton Hills, Milton, and Oakville.
Dufferin, County of
Initial planning stages are currently underway, including the formation of the Older Adult Advisory Committee (August 2018) and launch of the Age-Friendly Dufferin Needs Assessment and Strategic Action Plan (September 2018).
