Current Activity
The Centre of Excellence in Frailty-Informed Care seeks to conduct applied research to advance the care of older adults living with frailty. By partnering with with researchers and innovators and building research capacity, we are developing evidence-based knowledge to improve care and quality of life for frail older adults in long-term care and across the continuum of care. We support a wide range of applied learning opportunities for students and trainees.
