Education for Older Adults & Caregivers
This series of courses provides to support individuals and caregivers understand more about possible health care concerns in the older adult. Each Lesson provides a short narrated module designed to be concise and streamlined in order to provide the information you need quickly.
Coming soon: This education series and related resources, developed in partnership with the Canadian Frailty Network, will be based on an evidence-informed framework, AVOID Frailty. AVOID refers to: Activity (physical activity and cognitive stimulation), Vaccination, Optimization of medications, Isolation and loneliness, and Diet and nutrition.
