Education for Older Adults & Caregivers
This series of courses provides to support individuals and caregivers understand more about possible health care concerns in the older adult. Each Lesson provides a short narrated module designed to be concise and streamlined in order to provide the information you need quickly.
This education series and related resources, developed in partnership with the Canadian Frailty Network, was based on an evidence-informed framework, AVOID Frailty. AVOID refers to: Activity (physical activity and cognitive stimulation), Vaccination, Optimization of medications, Isolation and loneliness, and Diet and nutrition.
