Webinar – Forward with Dementia: Enhancing post-diagnostic supports using co-design

November 3, 2022 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

Description

For many people living with dementia and family/friend care partners, the dementia diagnosis experience is less than optimal with few supports provided. Forward with Dementia was developed by an international group of people living with dementia, care partners, health and social care providers, and researchers to enhance the diagnosis and post-diagnosis experience through the provision of information, practical resources, and messages of hope. In this presentation, the process for developing Forward with Dementia will be described and preliminary evaluation findings shared.
