Dr. Petal S. Abdool MD, FRCPC
Dr. Petal S. Abdool is a Geriatric Staff Psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and a Consultation-Liaison Geriatric Psychiatrist at Providence Healthcare. She is the Assistant Program Director of International Medical Graduates and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in the Department of Psychiatry. She is passionate about Psychiatric Education with a particular focus on simulation methodologies and how they can improve learner and patient outcomes. Dr. Abdool is the inaugural Medical Director of the CAMH Simulation Centre. She is currently enrolled in the Education Scholars Program (2020-2022).
