Kelly has over 22 years of nursing related experience in a variety of different health care settings. Kelly first began her journey as a health care aid before becoming an RPN and then later achieving her RN designation. Throughout this journey, Kelly has worked in specialized dementia care, Community Adult Mental Health, Geriatric Psychiatry Outreach, Community Outreach, Retirement  and Long Term Care working as front line staff, as well as part of a leadership team. Kelly feels fortunate to bring this combined experience to her current role as a Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant, supporting the staff within Long Term Care, Community and Acute Care settings through education, consultation and development in providing person-centered care.
