Leigh Hayden (Sheridan College)

Current Activity
The work I do at the Centre for Elder Research is quite diverse, responding to the changing needs of the community. I am piloting Virtual Reality for people with cognitive impairment, working on a Food Security project, and doing in-depth qualitative interviews with older adults about their experiences during the pandemic. I am interested in immersive environments, civic participation, and personal transformation as we age.
