Current Activity
As the Knowledge Broker for the Ontario Age-Friendly Communities (AFC) Outreach Program, Lisa collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to increase awareness about age-friendly principles and practices, as well as support communities across Ontario develop, implement, evaluate and sustain age-friendly initiatives by facilitating connections, sharing resources and providing tailored expertise. AFCs respond to the opportunities and challenges of the aging population by creating more inclusive physical and social environments. AFCs enable people of all ages to be healthy, safe, valued and engaged in their community. For more information about the Outreach Program visit the provincial website.
