As it’s name implies this interaction uses characters (illustrated or photos) to explain how to communicate or explain an idea to someone, e.g. ACP, Diagnosis, Examination/Interview questions. The speaking heads can be aligned right or left. In this sample, the doctor is on the left and the patient and husband are on the right.
