Randa Higazy – Researcher, University of Toronto
Randa is a University of Toronto student studying Cell & Systems Biology with research focused on mental health of BIPOC and immigrant older adults in Canada. She has been named a School of Cities 2021 Fellow, a Clinton Global Initiative University Fellow, and awarded the University of Toronto Student COVID-19 Student Engagement Award for her policy research contributions on building inclusive age-friendly communities and enhancing culturally-sensitive mental health programs.
