This event provides a unique platform to hear about cutting edge ideas from around the world, as well as existing best practice programs which can influence, impact or initiate change across borders.

September 19 - 21, 2019 at the Brookstreet Hotel, Ottawa. This conference provides doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospice palliative care and other allied healthcare professionals; and caregivers, volunteers, spiritual advisers, and social workers with the opportunity to share their experience and expertise on a national platform.
