Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada

The Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) Canada focuses on the advancement of safety with medication. It is in collaboration with healthcare groups, agencies and movers/shakers provincially, and internationally to make known information to make better practices where medications are being used, delievered.  They not only report but prevent situations of harmful disasters and encourage steps towardds quality improvement with initiatives.
